Finally found my word for 2015 - it hit me on the head this morning - Discipline
Having more discipline in keeping my house clean, discipline keeping my eating on track, discipline in not letting my kids sway me in letting them get away with things, discipline at work...it's kind of harsh, but I think I need that this year. I also decided to choose an anchor as a symbol of discipline to keep my word in my focus. There are so many things I can get with anchors on them I hope if I have them around to remind me I will stay on track.
