It's basically like a FREE box as it's not required that you scrap a page to complete that prompt. You could just use a screenshot of something from your wishlist as your marker for #5. As far as wishlists go... well... lol. I guess you have until the end of the month to discover new goodies to create a miniature wishlist - the winner won't be announced until after the new year.
