I love to cook but lately I've been struggling to find the energy for it. I've been working a lot and often can't even start dinner until 7ish and then we end up eating late. My husband has been away during the week for work or I would be putting him to work. I wish I'd done a better job getting my kids cooking because now they're teens and don't have a clue! My friend is excellent at meal planning and gets the week's meals prepped on Sunday but I've never been that organized.
