I've printed with Shutterfly & Photobook Philippines (same company as Photobook America) and been happy with the results. My favorite company to print photobooks with is
Printique, formerly AdoramaPix. They are pricey, but I've never printed at anything less than 40% off, and it's often cheaper than Shutterfly.
Regardless of where you print, I highly recommend printing layflat style books. They look so much better, in my opinion.
