Something positive for me is I haven't exercised in so long and since mid-May I've been walking 3 miles 4 times a week. It feels great to be alone for an hour even if it's to do something I don't particularly like but I know it's good for my body and soul.

You are my hero today. Doing something you don't like because it is good for you is not my strong point. I had been doing so well on my diet, but in the last few weeks I have gotten off track, but this has inspired me to get my crap together again. Thanks Lea!
