Heck it was black and white when I first started watching TV! We were lucky to get 4 or 5 channels with the big antenna that was outside the garage.

On New Year's Day, Dad would set up 2 TV's in the living room (we had 2 different places to connect to the antenna in the room) to watch 2 bowl games at the same time so someone wouldn't have to stand there to change the channel.

In the long run streaming just doesn't make sense for me. I've only used Prime streaming a couple of times. I'm just not a binge watcher either. I can always find something interesting on my 90-some channels if I really want to watch TV.
