what percentage of SR code did you have? If you had 40% then this makes sense (it's taking the 30% and your 40% code for the discount) I think the store is still reading you as having the code but it's one time use so even though the "store" aspect shows it for some reason the cart itself won't allow it to be used. This is the reason it's not allowed on Penny Candy b/c it doesn't understand to not give the penny candy discount along with the SR code.
do you usually log out after you shop? If not try logging out then back in (or cleaning your cache) and it should be fixed
