I used to do this with my planner in high school as well. I pasted tons of pictures, magazine cut outs, stickers, glitter glue, etc. to the outside. In the inside I used fancy pens, stickers, added journalling, favorite quotes, poems, lyrics to it. And then I lost it.
That would have been neat to have now. I usually just write stuff on the calendar or put it in Google Calendar now but I'm intrigued and need to check this out later.
