I get mine at Ulta or Sephora. I've seen only a few of the boutiques, and I usually just like to look around when I see those.
I've been using BE since I was a junior in high school (so....10 years I guess? something like that). I LOVE it.
I could stand to go in and find some new eyeshadow colors. Maybe in a few weeks. I'm trying not to spend any $$ right now.
