I was going to suggest it may be your thyroid. I I I was having similar symptoms when my thyroid levels were extremely high. I would wake up soaked and sweaty sometimes, and other times be so cold. Now I know I have Graves disease. So, I cant wait to see what is in store for me for menopause...
