Mine came with searching something with the word Scrap. I didn't want to use my first name so I went with Scrap-therapy as I really think Scrapbooking can bring you this. Now I have fun when I scrap a scrap therapy layout as it became my pseudo!lol!

I agree that scrappin is great therapy. I joke with my husband that my scrappin is better than any medicine/drug and a lot cheaper and help me better too.
