I scrap 12x12 and print at whatever size I can find for the best price when I go to print
I have a 12x12 book and it seems huge but I really like the way the layouts look. I have a 7x7 book which is soooo tiny compared to the 12x12 but the layouts still look good, except the journaling on a couple is sort of tiny. Most of my books are 8x8 or 8.5x8.5 and I really prefer them from a holding in my hands standpoint.
