I'd been using another app that just tracked workouts (although not very consistently), however it wasn't helping motivate me to do what I need to do to lose weight & get healthy. I just took a look at MyFitnessPal and I'm intrigued. It's very similar to a software program I used to use that really worked well for me. The hardest part for me was to keep up with logging the food - because I cook a lot it was kind of a pain to enter all the recipes into the software. I need to do something that will work, though, and this may just be it.
Does anyone here use the FitBit? I'm curious to know how well it works.
