the gas was the worst part for me...it took me a full probably month before i felt better...and longer than that to eat sort of normal.
just remember, the beginning is rough, but it is SOOO worth it in the end. you're health (both physical and mental) will be so much better...and it's always fun to see the look on people's face when they see you for the first time in a long time
