you can wash them! I often thought the same but most heated blankets are actually able to be washed. Darcy got me one for christnas

Darcy is really sweet with gifts and while they might not always be practical he really loves giving gifts. I may have received a few duplicates of things over the years LOL.
I can't really think of anything awful. I am the type of person that isn't really a gifts person so it took me a bit to stop telling him not to buy me things (it kind of hurt his feelings)
I did once ask for a house cleaner to come just once for our anniversary but he said it wasn't romantic enough!! ummm yes it is LOL
