My immediate question is this: Can I go ahead and add my avatar and signature to the Bingo Card and have it count for Blackout even though I can't actually load the signature??? This happens to me every.single.time. (And for my profile photo too.) I usually do it twice and the next time I come back in, it's changed. I have no idea why but that's what it does.
