Ooooh i have to share this with you all some of you know i have deald with agoraphobia for many years know and aldo i kept getting better and better it is always a struggle with so many things . I have to keep on fighting it everyday . Last week i made a huge step i went on vacation with my son and hubby to zakynthos greece you can see the photos on my instagram
https://www.instagram.com/designbytinkerbel/ For me this whas such a huge step i had to flight for it and give control totally away and well all do i cost me all my energie and i whas not very nice the day of the flight i dit it ! i spend a whole week in greece where i could not get to the safty of my home and all do it whas not easy all the time i have enjoyed my time and taking my rest on time ! know i have done this it feels like i can do everything but i know i still have to keep on do things and still have to fight everyday to not fall back again
