We do Christmas weird.
*I* buy one Santa gift for each child, whatever he has asked Santa for (obviously my 18 month old is not yet asking Santa for specific things so he got what I thought he would like) - Ben has grown to ask for just whatever thing he wants the MOST from Santa.
Santa comes on Christmas eve to my grandma's house where we all are - so sometimes other Santas bring presents for the boys, too. But that's where they get the Santa presents that I got them. And then Christmas morning Santa comes to our house and fills our stockings.
