What everyone else has said. That's what I do too. I do a yearly book that might have 3-6 Project Life style pages per month (I do mine monthly rather than weekly) and only two or three other pages for that month... other months there could be 10 or more other pages (e.g. December with Christmas, etc). It used to bother me a bit that I had hardly any non-PL pages some months. Its usually a reflection of our life though in that some months just aren't as busy as others. I'm so stretched for scrapping time these days too so the less pages I have to scrap the better!
I'll sometimes throw in some pages I scrap just for fun/creatively that aren't really documenting anything in particular but have a photo I like - that helps balance my books out too.
