I'll probably let it go--there are lots of distant relatives that we never see and no one would think twice that they aren't in the scrapbooks, and that's probably what will happen with her. After I moved out of my parents' house to go to college she became a relative I only saw once a year, so it's not like she was a big part of our lives and then she suddenly wasn't. The years-long legal battle is almost over so I may make a quick mention of it then, but nothing detailed.
