To be honest, I'm hoping that my life gets a little more simple and organised during 2020. In February my twin boys start school full-time, meaning I'll only have one child left at home during school hours (I have 4 children in total). I'd like to say that it'll be easier to keep up with house stuff, have more one-on-one time with my young daughter, but who knows what will really happen?
I've started to say 'no' more to things at the end of 2019, after being a 'yes' person for so long. So that in itself is personal growth.
