I completely understand Amber. I wear an F and I understand the ridiculousness.
Melissa, I think a doctor could give you a good idea whether or not losing weight would really help your situation. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. I lost over 30 lbs. after I had my last baby and didn't even drop a cup size.
