I use the one from my Better Crocker cook book and while it calls for gr beef I have use gr turkey and gr. chicken and we all much prefer gr. chicken. Gr turkey is really to "moist" (SLIMY) for me!!

1.5lbs ground meat
1 cup of milk
1 TBSP of Worcestershire sauce (I always put more but we like W sauce!!)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 large egg
3 sliced torn bread pieces (I use 3/4 cup oatmeal)
1 small chopped onion

I will tell you that if you use turkey or chicken you will not need 1 cup of milk....I would start with 1/4 cup and mix it up and then go from there!

I just used this recipe for meatballs tonight with ground chicken and I didn't use any milk at all and my balls stayed together nicely!!!
