I do my meatloaf in the crock pot! It really keeps it moist and flavor full.

1 1/4 pound ground turkey breast
1/3 cup dried plain bread crumbs
1/4 med onion
6 Cloves fresh garlic (we love garlic)
1egg
Splash of Worcestershire
Salt/Pepper Seasoning to Taste

Crock pot- 6-8 hrs on low. (you can line your crockpot with foil for easier clean up. I use a rack and all the fat drips down below which makes it even leaner). When the inside temp is 165 you are good

Lots of good recipes here- I am going to have to check them out! Meat loaf is a family fave around here

I put the onion and garlic in the food processor and just basically make a paste of it. I add it to the meatloaf and it keeps it moist and juicy and very flavorful. When its done a put our fave BBQ sauce on top.
