I know without tasting that this is a recipe I would love. It reminds me of food we used to have at a restaurant called Afghani House in Sunnyvale California. We've lived in Portland 20 years and it is still the restaurant I remember fondly for its food. Sadly they closed a few years ago - yup - I used to check if they still existed every couple of years. LOL
