So, an update on the frozen vegetable roasting. I've now tried it once with cauliflower and twice with broccoli. The first 2 times it came out great, but tonight's broccoli wasn't nearly as good. I can't remember if it was the same brand as the first time I did broccoli, but there was a lot more water in tonight's bag so it didn't crisp up as much. Still better than steamed, but not as good as fresh roasted. It might have come out better if I'd kept roasting longer, but everything else was ready to serve and I needed to get it on the table.
