I hope those of you in pain feel better soon! I'm 48, and until last year I walked a lot because the school I worked at was so spread out and I had time to walk outside of work, too. But I no longer work at the school where I got 8000 or so steps just during the work day, and I'm back in grad school so all my extra time is spent at a desk. I feel the difference!
