Exercise Programs for Lifting Small Weights
I don't go to a gym, but I have some small weights at home . . . 3, 5, and 8 lbs. I'm looking for an app for my phone that will give me some sort of program to follow using my little hand weights . . . you know, the basics like lunges, bicept curls, etc. Just something that will tell me how many reps to do, how many sets, when to increase the weight, etc.
Has anyone used something like that that they love?
