I am almost always using a template OR I scraplift someone or something. I used to design so I have a bunch that I created from old layouts back when I was more caught up and had time to be creative...now I feel like I have to play catch up.
I occasionally will get creative and go from scratch again here and there. I love templates though and the fact they give you a starting point and you can change it up rotate it or move it around if you want.
