hahahahah Jacinda, I'll tell you that it's difficult, but not impossible.
stop eating fast food. stop drinking coke and pop, but if you wanna drink something, drink soda or fanta DIET/light. eat every 3 hours. drink water. do some exercise 3x/week. stop eat candies every day. eat fruits. and you really need to WANT to do. it's difficult! but worth it!
