i had a hard time with it. the worst part for me was they put this thing in your mouth to hold it open. i have a small mouth so it dug into my cheeks - i was sore for a long time after. also, i had crown sensitivity that lasted a year. the whole thing took maybe 3 hours for me with a temporary crown - then i had to go back and get a permanent one.
