We had some amazing chicken breasts last night! You could do your legs/thighs the same way...
Mix together 1/2 (or full) can of pink lemonade concentrate, 2 tbsp. cooking oil, 3-4 cloves of garlic, little bit of chopped onion (I used red), 2 tbsp. soya sauce, 1-2 tbsp. honey and some pepper.
Marinade your chicken in the sauce for 4 hours and then bake (usually about 20-30 mins. depending on your oven) or BBQ.
Super yummy!
