As for exercise, you have to find what you personally enjoy. I finally found mine. I run a couple of days a week, for me its a way to lose myself in thoughts and just enjoy my time moving. I also take fitness classes at least twice a week. I love those! Being active with other people, having someone tell me exactly what to do for peak burn and moving in different ways is so much fun. Really, just keep trying things until you find what is best for you. Whether that be playing tennis, learning taekwondo, going for a walk or heading to the gym.
