After unzipping, I empty all folders to put all in the elements one except alpha I keep it in the folder and put it in the elements folders too, template and glitter action if there's one.
I rename the preview image "folder" and that's all. I use the biggest view when I scroll my files.
That's seems the best way for me right now except I wonder if I'm not going to sort my files in theme folder?
The bad part to me is the process is very long and I try to be careful when I copy/paste in the main folder.
And I'm really reassured to know that Ally and Wendy goes to the store to search a kit, I do the same!
