Same.
Sometimes I'm good about putting everything in one folder all neat and tidy, but other times I just toss all the folders into the designer folder and call it a day.
When I'm being neat, I'm like most. I combine all of the elements (except cards and alphas) into one folder, all of the papers into one folder and delete all the extra previews, TOUs, etc.
