I just checked out Circle, and we need something like that, too. Do you need any kind of subscription, or is that a one time charge? I like that it will work with all devices, not just the main Apple and Android platforms. My kids have Kindle Fires, so most things that work via an app probably won't be available for them. It was easier when they were younger and I could restrict things across the board. It's harder now that I want to allow my older 2 some freedom but not have to approve every single website they want to visit.
