I made an order 2 days ago(# 1739390), but I canīt download the collection because my 5 attempts have been used up. I had internet problems on this one. I've been trying to fill out the help form for two days, which doesnīt work because of an error message ("Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method"). Now I've tried it via the email address
admin@sweetshoppedesigns.com, but I donīt know if my email has arrived.
Can anybody help me, please?
