something that helps, is at the computer, get a rubber ball (I got a dogs one with bumps on it) and you roll it back and forth on the arch and it is remarkable. When it is unbearable, I take a frozen water bottle and roll back and forth.
The best thing for me was when I started dong Body Pump, and the lunges. I HATE lunges..but they so strengthened the core of the problem.
