White lights or colored on the tree? So, John and I got into a HUGE argument about this our first Christmas in our own house. He wanted white. I told him white was pretentious and cold, and that colored lights were fun and awesome. I won.

Is there any rhyme or reason to your giving? Some people do something to wear, something to read, something they want, something they need, etc. Do you do anything like that? Nope. I always say will do things like that, but then we never do.
Do you do anything special as a count down or use an advent calendar? We have some fabric fishing Santa countdown that I hate with a vengeance, but it was John's grandparents' and he loves it.
