I've been using Prestophoto.com since 2009. I LOVE their 8.5x8.5 size. I used Shutterfly prior to them, I'd printed both 12x12 and 8x8 photobooks. I just printed my 50th photobook a few weeks ago. Their prices are pretty good I think.
For a comparison for you I have a book sitting my cart with 98 pages. They have various sizes, papers, bindings, etc.
Here are just some of the prices and sizes they offer for that book. The only thing I will say if you use them, which would be true with any place you print, watch your edges. 2 books ago, I lost some photos in the gutter of the book.
