I have mostly only printed travel albums in the past few years. I print 8x8 size through Shutterfly and just wait for their flat rate sales.
You can also sign up with a new e-mail to get a free 20 page album. Having 4 teenagers each with their own e-mails, we've taken advantage of this! It may be "tricking" the system, but they each get their own Shutterfly account set up and I'm still paying for shipping & handling etc.
