Oh man....I used to just inhale Cheez-Its before giving up wheat. I bet I would love those ones.
I like a dark crisy bottom on fried potatoes. My fave way is to steam them, then cut up into 1.5" slices and then lay them in a buttered pan to crisp up onthe bottom. Yum!
I like veggie chunks baked in oil and spices. I don't flip them, just leave them to cook in a single layer so the bottom gets all dark and crusty.
