Good to know that I'm not alone in my love of (nearly) burnt things lol. My latest favorite is roasted broccoli and cauliflower, but also crispy bacon, asparagus, etc. I prefer red hot dogs, and love them charred a bit on the grill. I do have my limits though... no burnt toast.
That has to be just barely toasted!
