I only post scrapbook things to scrapbook groups. I rarely ever post status messages - sometimes when I'm headed out of town for one of DD's games to let people know where the game is, when, etc. so they can go if they want to. I might do a TBT post once or twice a month and maybe a non-athletic status once or twice a month... so hopefully I'm not very annoying
