I've printed several 12x12 and 8x8 books from Shutterfly and I've been happy with them. They periodically have sales that include unlimited pages. I've maxed out several books for my kids and was happy with those as well as the 'normal' sized books. If you plan to take advantage of that, my tip would be to upload your pages periodically and start building your books so it's not a scramble to do it when the sale happens. I choose the page format with each page as a single photo and then you just drag and drop your pages onto the book pages. Hope that helps!
