Depends on mood, circumstances and the venue.
I don't like sweet stuff, so the only sweet drink I get is Kir Royal (champagne + creme de cassis) or Kir au vin blanc (white wine + creme de cassis).
As for mixed drinks, Caipirinha (cachaca + lime + sugar + crushed ice) is my favourite, closely followed by Mojito (white rum + lime + mint + sugar + crushed ice). If I feel like experimenting, I experiment. I also do mixed drinks myself, only when having visitors though.
When eating out or feeling like a drink during lunch, it's mostly wine, whatever kind, but I do prefer rosé and dry white to the rest (but this does depend from the food). I have taken a liking to Luxembourgish wines and Moselle wines in general, with Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay being my first choices.
I don't like real champagne that much, but I do like the Luxembourgish sparkling wine named crémant.
In Indian restaurants I take Indian beer, and if I feel like it I also take beer elsewhere.
If it's non-alcoholic it's either tea (green, rooibos, fruit, herbal, oolong, you name it, I just don't like black) or still water.
