Well, we like kinda classic, traditional names. Popularity wasn't a HUGE factor for us - just something simple and not hard to spell or pronounce (I see a lot of off-the-wall names at my job, and parents who get angry when we mispronounce them!). We didn't find out the sex of our first baby - and thank goodness he was a he because we never really did agree on a girl name. But the boy name I had picked out and it was non-negotiable - Benjamin David. Benjamin because I loved it & David after my grandpa.

Our second baby we DID find out and then we took the entire pregnancy to pick a name for him - we finally decided the night before he was born! Our last name is tricky to pair with first names, so that added an extra hurdle. We settled on Matthew Robert, and I think it suits him.

Good luck! Picking names can be fun and frustrating all at once!
