Well I usually download the files using Chrome to my downloads folder which is right on my desktop. Then I use unzip or 7-Zip to unzip them. In this case I tried deleting all the download files, re-downloading them, and unzipping with both apps and got errors both ways.
I didn't know there was customer service! I'll go look and see if I can find that info, never had to use it before
