Thankfully, today, very little is annoying me. But yesterday?? OH YES. Yesterday was the pits. haha... I needed to look in Grace's throat to see her tonsils because her breath was like WOAH and she was telling me she had a sore throat. But, would she let me look in her throat??? Oh HELL NO. Kicking & screaming and no type of threat or punishment was getting through to her. She held firm all day yesterday and until this morning. Of course, by this morning she pretty much had all of her toys taken away. I am JUST as stubborn as she is!!! LOL!
But there's nothing worse than being the 'mean' parent. Parenting is tough. I'm just trying to take good care of her.
I cried like a baby last night because it seems so silly... looking in her throat... but some battles just have to be won. For me, when it comes to Mommy & Daddy taking care of your health & well being... we win that battle.
