I hope you're able to figure it out! What type of computer work do you do at work? Is it mostly typing at work vs mostly mousing at home? If the amount of mouse use is similar, do you have a differently shaped mouse at work? Different arm/wrist support from your chair? A higher or lower desk?
If you do have a repetitive motion injury, maybe it has to be rested and healed before any of the other possible solutions will help. Feel better!
